Jennifer Payne is an educational leader, Montessori educator, and doctoral candidate at Radford University with nearly two decades of experience in Montessori education. She serves as the Elementary and Middle School Program Director at Salem Montessori School in Virginia, where she leads initiatives that strengthen teaching, learning, and school culture. Her doctoral research focuses on teacher retention and explores how Montessori principles can inform organizational leadership, educator development, and sustainable school improvement. Jennifer is passionate about preparing and supporting educators, fostering collaborative learning communities, and expanding access to authentic Montessori education. Through her work as a leader, researcher, and advocate, she is committed to helping schools become thriving communities where both children and adults can grow, contribute, and flourish.
