Maria Eva Chaffin

Maria Eva Chaffin is the founder and executive director of Seeds of Life Montessori Academy and the founder of Montessori Behavior. She holds master’s degrees in Special Education and Business Education, a bachelor’s degree in Special Education, and an AMS Early Childhood Montessori credential. Maria is a neurodivergent educator, coach, consultant, and international presenter who specializes in supporting neurodivergent children within Montessori environments. Her work focuses on preparing educators and school leaders to create inclusive, developmentally responsive classrooms grounded in observation, research, and respect for the individual child. She is also pursuing a doctorate in Montessori education, with research centered on the experiences of Montessori educators supporting neurodivergent students.
